I recommend a good book about dealing with the change. You may already read this little interesting book. Only takes 1 hour to finish, “Who Moved My Cheese“.

I think “preparing for changes” is the most important step, whereas “moving beyond fear” is probably the most difficult.

It seems that instead of dreading future, we should be proactive. We should ask for serenity to bear the things we cannot change and courage to change the things we can and the wisdom to know the difference.
At least, the good side of living such an unpredictable life is to meet surprises
