I'm taking notes! Too often I take the mentality of "if I don't like the culture, I'll move on and look for one I like better" -- which of course leads to neverending job dissatisfaction. I need to learn to identify the values I want, and cultivate them in myself so that I can spread them where ever I might be. I think it's too easy to be timid or insecure and then blame externalities for my own lack of happiness. This looks to be a really good series of articles. I’m taking notes!
