		<description>This looks to be a really good series of articles.  I&#039;m taking notes!
Too often I take the mentality of &quot;if I don&#039;t like the culture, I&#039;ll move on and look for one I like better&quot; -- which of course leads to neverending job dissatisfaction.  

I need to learn to identify the values I want, and cultivate them in myself so that I can spread them where ever I might be.  I think it&#039;s too easy to be timid or insecure and then blame externalities for my own lack of happiness.</description>
